The King of The South of The Rivan Army is a massive, devout nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. The enormous government concentrates mainly on Religion & Spirituality, although Law & Order and Social Welfare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 30%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is led by the Basket Weaving industry, followed by Woodchip Exports and Gambling.

The government is seen to favor Catholics, voting is voluntary, Harry Potter books are banned, and punitive tariffs protect local industry. Crime is moderate. The Rivan Army's national animal is the narwhal, and its currency is the mark.
