The Rogue Nation of The Principality of Monaco is a massive, cultured nation, renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 1.091 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Social Welfare, and Religion & Spirituality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Monte-Carlo. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 60%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism, Woodchip Exports, and Information Technology industries.

Citizens applying for their first jobs face fierce competition from the homeless, Tesco was recently named as the new national treasurer, citizens are expected to be proficient in at least five languages, and the government has cut its subsidies for all special interest groups. Crime is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. The Principality of Monaco's national animal is the Blueblood, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Warlo.

The Principality of Monaco is ranked 6th in The Warland Economic Union and 61,934th in the world for Largest Mining Sector, scoring 1 on the Blue Sky Asbestos Index.
