The Holy Monastic Republic of The Archregimancy is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its happy-go-lucky citizens. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 14.186 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of the Greatest Lavra. The average income tax rate is 45%, but much higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The recently unemployed can often be seen at the local homeless shelter, school uniforms are compulsory, artists are pillars of society, and it is a crime to offend someone's religious beliefs. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown. The Archregimancy's national animal is the lesser spotted aurochs, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Orthodox Christianity, and its currency is the tithe.

The Archregimancy is ranked 2nd in The Dreamed Realm and 26,129th in the world for Most Politically Free, scoring 70 on the Diebold Election Inking Scale.
