A link to the News page looks like normal, because it's internal to the game. But a link to 
an external site gets a little icon to signify that.
Minor bug: links to subdomains like liberal NS are treated as external.
Forum links now work properly.
Simply pasting in a link to somewhere on NS gets pretty-fied, like this: region=lazarus#rmb

Lists! You can now have nested and independent lists. So this works:

Third item
List style here is 'i'
You can also have '1' for numbers
And 'a' for latin
Plus 'A' or 'I' for as above, only capitalized
