The Jingoistic States of Testlandia is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 21.198 billion enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Healthcare, Law & Order, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Test City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 53%. A small but healthy private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

An increasing percentage of the population's youth have homosexual parents, welfare funding has recently gone through the roof, national parks have long lines of different gender-specific 'Porta-Pottys', and the wreckages of bombed planes that litter Testlandia are highly popular tourist destinations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Testlandia's national animal is the squirrel, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the große.

Testlandia is ranked 4,907th in The North Pacific and 116,573rd in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 42 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
