It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Millennia . The average income tax rate is 91%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

'Mountain Doobie' is widely regarded as the nation's favourite drink, murder victims' families receive windfall payouts when the murderers are executed, college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, and factories are regularly demolished to make way for low-cost housing areas. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Supreme Pwnage's national animal is the Black Mamba, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Leaderism, and its currency is the Drawl.
