Its compassionate, cynical population of 10.36 billion are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, moralistic, socially-minded government concentrates mainly on Defence, although Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality are on the agenda. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Automobile Manufacturing.

Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Stoorworm's national animal is the dragon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the claw.
