The Well Air-Conditioned ManCave of Stavostan is a massive, genial nation, ruled by The Perpetual Bedhead with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 3.304 billion enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Equality, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dizzy. The average income tax rate is 75%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

National parks have long lines of different gender-specific 'Porta-Pottys', sex changes are routinely performed at Stavostan's hospitals, major cities shut down as their local sports team takes to the field every day, and expensive lawyers are hired to defend citizens in court for public urination charges against their pets. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Stavostan's national animal is the Hipster, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Sideburn.
