The Constitutional Republic of Southeastern Georgia is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Samuel Clark with a fair hand, and renowned for its complete lack of prisons. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Savannah. The average income tax rate is 97%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

International tensions are high as Southeastern Georgia threatens any government with the audacity to arrest its citizens, the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, badminton was recently banned due to 'unacceptable violence' inherent to the game, and prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Southeastern Georgia's national animal is the Gnat, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Oyster.
