Its hard-nosed population of 1.287 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Defence, although Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ruslov. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Soda Sales and Uranium Mining.

Meat is a luxury afforded only to the wealthy, the government regularly hires contractors to construct high rise apartments, a niche industry catering to S&M enthusiasts has sprung up, and major cities are suffering under water rationing. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Slazenagara's national animal is the Wild Dog, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Church of Kovy, and its currency is the Slazan.
