The Most Serene Republic of Sica is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Skanderbeg with an even hand, and notable for its national health service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 2.674 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, pro-business individuals devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 4%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Uranium Mining industry.

The government is spending millions on 'trust campaigns' in an effort to win back the public's support, government popup ads are springing up like weeds, the government is spending billions of taxpayer Groats to support the Uranium Mining industry, and all tariffs have been abolished. Crime is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Sica's national animal is the Lesser Spotted Dolphin, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Groat.
