The Slap Happy Sith Lords of Shizensky is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Willie Macks with an even hand, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 13.711 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Defence, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Shizensk. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 71%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Gambling industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Arms Manufacturing.

Several citizens have complained about scientists abducting their pets for experimentation, teams of painters are converting road signs from horse lengths to kilometers, scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, and the government recently relinquished its monopoly on the mail service. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Shizensky's national animal is the hamster, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the marker.

Shizensky is ranked 402nd in the Pacific and 18,209th in the world for Largest Public Sector, scoring 18 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
