Leather-clad individuals can be seen walking their slaves in public parks, the government regularly hires contractors to construct high rise apartments, the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, and citizens simply have to point a weapon at a government official to get what they want. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Shinaria's national animal is the Quetzalcoatl, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the ShinCred.
