Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 9.179 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Tyrell Corporate HQ. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 3%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism, Gambling, and Woodchip Exports industries.

The children of Sheep with RAM are often remarked upon for their cheery attitude to extreme violence, eight year-olds can be seen lighting up in public areas, religious organizations are being forced to leave the country or pay income taxes like everybody else, and the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Sheep with RAM's national animal is the Nexus-6, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Deckard.
