Voting is compulsory, senior citizens can usually be found doing heavy manual labour, mobile phone masts are being erected all over the country, and elections have become procedural nightmares due to voters persistently rejecting candidates. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Seerfir's national animal is the thorny devil, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the alicorn.
