The Confederacy of Secruss is a massive, devout nation, ruled by a feudal system with an even hand, and notable for its compulsory military service. Marketing departments of corporate giants compete to sponsor little league teams, politicians are to be found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income, bloodthirsty zealots regularly participate in the Friday Night Stoning of Adulterers, and photographers can be found hiding behind the curtains in a feudal system's bedroom. Crime is moderate. Secruss's national animal is the dragon, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the dollar.
