OverviewPeopleGovernmentEconomyTrendAnalysis

The Kingdom of San Sicario is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Frankofurto Geroldsteiner with an even hand, and notable for its complete absence of social welfare. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 16.454 billion San Sicarioans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kudamatsu. The average income tax rate is 92%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Automobile Manufacturing.

San Sicario's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region, construction of the Really Big Hadron Collider is underway, several citizens have complained about scientists abducting their pets for experimentation, and mining is the nation's most dangerous occupation. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. San Sicario's national animal is the gatto silvano, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Lira Reale.

San Sicario is ranked 5th in ITALIA and 1,690th in the world for Largest Manufacturing Sector, scoring 22 on the Gooback-Jerbs Productivity Index.
