The Republic of Romegarrett is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Olaf Bradley with an even hand, and renowned for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 3.007 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Invalsh. The average income tax rate is 59%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Automobile Manufacturing and Woodchip Exports.

Badminton was recently banned due to 'unacceptable violence' inherent to the game, the government is promoting multicultural values with the new 'Just Be Nice, OK?' initiative, citizens are bombarded with advertising from their compulsory miniature radios, and the government has become increasingly militant. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Romegarrett's national animal is the Wolf, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Doniki.

Romegarrett is ranked 11th in The New Hetalia Order and 121,407th in the world for Most Extreme, scoring 6 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
