The Benevolent Dictatorship of RichardJG is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Richard with a fair hand, and notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 14.268 billion enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked morass -- devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Equality and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 10%, but much higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Beef-Based Agriculture industries.

The military frequently holds bake sales to raise funds, the government has cut its subsidies for all special interest groups, an increasing percentage of the population's youth have homosexual parents, and insomnia is slowly turning everyone insane. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. RichardJG's national animal is the Brf, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Richmarck.
