The Dominion of Rfidia is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Fearless Leader with an even hand, and remarkable for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 3.032 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Rfidia City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 67%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Information Technology.

The government has started a campaign to crack down on road rage and encourage alternate means of commuting, the government is notorious for leaving citizens with almost nothing from their inheritance, the people elect the Supreme Court justices directly, and the mob and the police have recently had numerous clashes in the back alleys of Rfidia's cities due to the government's steadfast anti-casino stance. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Rfidia's national animal is the sparrow, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the dollar.

Rfidia is ranked 25th in South Pacific and 89,975th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -22 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
