The Noocracy of Revostan is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Revo with a fair hand, and renowned for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 4.401 billion love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Equality, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Revolutia. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Badminton was recently banned due to 'unacceptable violence' inherent to the game, the "Underwear of Women in Power" issue of The Revolutia Times is sold out, highschool principals regularly send armed truancy patrols to drag problem students to school, and citizens are encouraged to report friends, family members or co-workers who seem depressed to the government for "counselling". Crime is totally unknown. Revostan's national animal is the Kiwi, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Gulden.

Revostan is ranked 95th in Equilism and 101,218th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -65 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
