Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.211 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Novus Urbs. The average income tax rate is 96%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Information Technology and Woodchip Exports.

The government is attempting to revitalize a gutted private sector, citizens select which government department gets their income tax Reigndrops each year, toddlers are wielding machine guns in the name of national defense, and the government is using tax revenues to provide jobs for the poor. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. ReignStorms's national animal is the Storm Saber, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is The Illuminati Order of Reignstorms, and its currency is the Reigndrop.
