The Queendom of Rowan I of Ravania Prima is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Princess Rowan I with an even hand, and renowned for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate population of 3.757 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Rowan's Glory. The average income tax rate is 91%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

The wearing and manufacture of fur apparel is banned, a National Academy regulates grammar and usage, voting is voluntary, and the nation's diplomatic missives are now delivered via sniper rifle. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ravania Prima's national animal is the Raven, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is The Order of the Hexes, and its currency is the Prima.

Ravania Prima is ranked 1st in Ravania and 7,749th in the world for Largest Public Sector, scoring 23 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
