The White Wolves of Ravania Lupa is a huge, cultured nation, ruled by Rheinhard Ravenclaw with an iron fist, and notable for its enforced nudity. Its compassionate, cynical population of 958 million are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Welfare, and Social Equality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lupadonia. The average income tax rate is 57%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Pizza Delivery.

Schoolchildren have twice-weekly sex education classes, abattoirs are running at full capacity in response to skyrocketing demand, citizens are expected to be proficient in at least five languages, and Rheinhard Ravenclaw has just been declared ruler of Ravania Lupa in an international press conference. Crime is totally unknown. Ravania Lupa's national animal is the Raven, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Claw.

Ravania Lupa is ranked 5th in Mythical HQ 85 and 81,643rd in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -18 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
