It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Chackide. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 80%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, and Beef-Based Agriculture industries.

Airship use has soared while property values beneath their routes have plummeted, the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, the nation has welcomed its expats back with open arms, and nudity is frowned upon. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ratmo's national animal is the Red lava Rat, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Ferretism, and its currency is the Ciano.

Ratmo is ranked 1st in Capri and 38,855th in the world for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring 27 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
