The Real Delegate of Scotland of Quoziced is a gargantuan, genial nation, ruled by The Fess with a fair hand, and renowned for its hatred of cheese. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 18.39 billion are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Halchenter. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 20%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Healthcare funding has been cut, shanty towns are forming in the suburbs of major cities, penurious citizens die from easily remedied ailments because they aren't 'taking enough initiative', and Pinkerton agents are called in to forcibly break up white collar strikes. Crime is pervasive, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Quoziced's national animal is the hamster, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the quoziced shilling.

Quoziced is ranked 83rd in Scotland and 96,576th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -28 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
