The Afro of Punk Reloaded is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its hatred of cheese. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 6.776 billion enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, the Environment, and Education. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 42%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Crime is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Punk Reloaded's national animal is the dog, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the flax.
