The Federation of Prycuse is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Billy Williams with a fair hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 3.413 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

The small, liberal, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Social Welfare, and Public Transport. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 1%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Gambling.

The tenet of free speech is held dear, the country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, private business has started paving paradises and putting up parking lots, and Animal Liberationists are regularly jailed. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is a major problem. Prycuse's national animal is the longhorn, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Neuron.
