The Dynasty of Pescadonia is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Bluwalus with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 10.228 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Social Equality and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Metropia. The average income tax rate is 24%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

The government has cut taxes in the face of widespread tax evasion, the government encourages conflict abroad to increase arms sales, unstable couples are known to break up over which one gets parental leave, and politicians accepting drinks in bars are executed for taking bribes. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Pescadonia's national animal is the goldfish, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Fin.

Pescadonia is ranked 10th in Urbanites and 91,707th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -23 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
