The roads are virtually falling apart, the Osarius Enquirer offers weekly cash prizes for 'most blasphemous song, story, or cartoon', large areas of Osarius are not accessible by the public, and the government seeks peaceful forum with terrorists. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Osarius's national animal is the Phoenix, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Omnitheistic Taoism, and its currency is the Osarian Credit.
