Its compassionate, cynical population of 4.806 billion are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Religion & Spirituality, with areas such as Law & Order and Education receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Sparta. The average income tax rate is 67%, and even higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is dominated by the Automobile Manufacturing industry.

The nation is ravaged by daily union strikes, the government is spending billions of taxpayer Gold Coins to support the Automobile Manufacturing industry, voting is compulsory, and citizens who fail to follow the official national religion are executed. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Oppressive Segregatons's national animal is the Serpent, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Hedonism, and its currency is the Gold Coin.
