The Community of Oibaf is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Leader with an even hand, and notable for its keen interest in outer space. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 1.379 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

Crime is a problem. Oibaf's national animal is the soul, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is a major religion, and its currency is the mind.
