The Ulthar Ambassador to TWP of Oh Chowder is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by ROLdude with an even hand, and renowned for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 7.29 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked morass -- juggles the competing demands of Education, Commerce, and Social Equality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ulthar. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 25%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

The military frequently holds bake sales to raise funds, libraries are now installed with jacuzzis and mini-bars, military spending is on the increase, and citizens are frequently searched for illegal weapons. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Oh Chowder's national animal is the fur trapper, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Temple of The West Pacific, and its currency is the bunny.
