The United Socialist States of Nove sovetski cyus is a massive, socially progressive nation, renowned for its hatred of cheese. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.898 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of New Russia. The average income tax rate is 84%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Organ donation is compulsory, prime real estate is devoted to wind farms and solar energy generators, eight year-olds can be seen lighting up in public areas, and citizens are allowed to rise or fall based on their own merits. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Nove sovetski cyus's national animal is the Chimpanzee, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Ruble.
