The Kingdom of Nova Zealandia is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by HM Queen Elizabeth II Queen of Eden with an even hand, and renowned for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 19.123 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt, pro-business individuals concentrates mainly on Defence, although Education and Law & Order are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Auckland. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

Thousands of former welfare recipients are in a revolutionary uproar as the rest of society is enjoying a hefty tax break, Nova Zealandia is notorious for its citizens' infidelity, corporations donate huge sums of money to favored politicians, and the armed forces are locked in an expensive and bloody war abroad to stamp out possible terrorists. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Nova Zealandia's national animal is the Dragoni Nova Zealandia, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is The Anglican Church of Eden, and its currency is the Eden Dollar.

Nova Zealandia is ranked 15th in New Zealand and 58,619th in the world for Most Conservative, scoring 52 on the Bush-Santorum Dawning Terror Index.
