The Emporium of Unnatural Beings of Northern Chittowa is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Charles Ada with an iron fist, and remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. Psychological disorders are a taboo subject, university graduates and new home-owners toil in labour camps to work off their debts, nudity is frowned upon, and guns are banned. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Northern Chittowa's national animal is the Chihuahua, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is The Order of the Laughing Dog, and its currency is the Quand.

Northern Chittowa is ranked 41st in Global Right Alliance and 131,180th in the world for Largest Welfare Programs, scoring -208 on the Safety Net Mesh Density Rating.
