Recruitment posters proclaim the army to be both fabulous and fashionable, roads are often attended by round-the-clock construction crews, the nation has welcomed its expats back with open arms, and the government has declined to declare any particular religion as its 'official' one. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Norivas's national animal is the phoenix, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the florin.
