The Dominion of Norad is a massive, safe nation, renowned for its absence of drug laws. The large government juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Welfare, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 30%, but much higher for the wealthy. A healthy private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Door-to-door Insurance Sales and Uranium Mining.

All major public areas are watched by police surveillance cameras, high-income earners pay a 100% tax rate, the right to free speech is being drastically curtailed, and the automotive industry soaks up huge government handouts. Crime is well under control. Norad's national animal is the Leopard, and its currency is the Coin.

Norad is ranked 36th in The Fundamental Theorem of Algebra and 95,231st in the world for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 4 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
