The Anarcho-Capitalist Realm of NewBAMFshire is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Billy Jack with a fair hand, and remarkable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 2.229 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, liberal, pro-business individuals is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as the Environment and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of NewBAMFingham. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Information Technology.

Military service is compulsory, citizens who become homeless are immediately executed, city sidewalks are crowded with overweight people, and NewBAMFshire's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. NewBAMFshire's national animal is the Buck, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Buck.

NewBAMFshire is ranked 92nd in the West Pacific and 4,499th in the world for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 6 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
