The Imperial Empire of New Roman Empire is a massive, devout nation, ruled by Emperor Leon Brutus with an iron fist, and renowned for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.387 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Defence, although Law & Order and Education are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Osgin. The average income tax rate is 92%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Information Technology.

Punitive tariffs protect local industry, citizens are tied down and forced to watch educational videos on empathy, the armed forces are locked in an expensive and bloody war abroad to stamp out possible terrorists, and guns are banned. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. New Roman Empire's national animal is the Dragon, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Templaium, and its currency is the Denarii.

New Roman Empire is ranked 27th in United Republic of Nations and 55,080th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 10 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
