The New-Wes-Valley Automotive Racing Series draws millions of spectators annually while those near the tracks complain about the noise, popular political cartoonists are thrown in jail for inciting dissent, midnight raids drag couples from their homes in the name of decency, and crooks and people with too many kids are being kicked out of the country. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. New-Wes-Valley's national animal is the Wesleyville Butterfly, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Canadian Dollar.
