The Kingdom of NeoPangaea is a massive, genial nation, ruled by Delia with an even hand, and remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 4.763 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Equality, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of NeoPangaea City. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. A small but healthy private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

The arms industry is strictly regulated, the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, crime suspects are forced to submit to blood testing, and government-run screening operations remove embryos with severe genetic disorders. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. NeoPangaea's national animal is the almighty dinosaur, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the coprolite.
