It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Floytopia. The average income tax rate is 97%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

Most of the nation's wealthy aristocrats are dentists, national parks have long lines of different gender-specific 'Porta-Pottys', the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, and people are now classified as male, female, or genderqueer. Crime is totally unknown. Neofloydia's national animal is the Siberian khatru, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the washer.
