The Empire of All the Houses of Myroria is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Empeurer Nelvil II Moomintroth with an even hand, and remarkable for its parental licensing program. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 12.936 billion enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals juggles the competing demands of Healthcare, Education, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Fellowmoor-Pelagis. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Woodchip Exports industries.

Military spending is on the increase, soylent products are an expensive commodity due to a lack of volunteers, radio shows frequently feature people denouncing religion, and 'The Anti-Government Hour' is a popular programme on many of Myroria's radio stations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Myroria's national animal is the ostrich, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Imperial marche.
