The Unspeakably EVIL Skulldom of Murray the Evil Skull is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Murray the Evil Skull with an even hand, and remarkable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 13.442 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, corrupt individuals is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as the Environment and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Murrayland. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Information Technology.

Murray the Evil Skull successfully hosted the Antarctic Oasis Olympics, the country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, angst-filled teenagers are rushing off to buy government bonds for some odd reason, and phone taps are frequently carried out by the police. Crime is a major problem. Murray the Evil Skull's national animal is the purple growlf dragon, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the gold bar.

Murray the Evil Skull is ranked 7th in Antarctic Oasis and 1,150th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring 38 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
