The Borderlands of Muldovi is a massive, economically powerful nation, ruled by Jack Johnson with a fair hand, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 2.439 billion hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Defence, and Social Equality. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Information Technology.

Organ donation is compulsory, every product goes through extensive safety-testing by the government, cars are banned, and Muldovi is notorious for its citizens' infidelity. Crime is totally unknown. Muldovi's national animal is the Digiridoo, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Wilsonian, and its currency is the Dong.
