The Smug Theocracy of Morons_4_Moroni is a massive, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-working, cynical population of 4.62 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.

The minute government, or what there is of one, juggles the competing demands of Commerce, Defence, and Law & Order. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 8%. A small private sector is made up of a series of cottage industries, including Uranium Mining, Cheese Exports, and Furniture Restoration.

Elections have been outlawed. Crime is a problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Morons_4_Moroni's national animal is the armadillo, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the silver bullet.
