The Musical Queen of Minna is a massive, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 1.336 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The small government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Healthcare and Religion & Spirituality are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Taco Island. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 13%. A substantial private sector is led by the Soda Sales industry, followed by Gambling and Retail.

Recruitment posters proclaim the army to be both fabulous and fashionable, religious figures have been banned from public holidays to make them more multicultural, the government has undertaken a massive education and health program to combat VODAIS, and a government program is underway to revitalize Minna's beaches. Crime is a major problem. Minna's national animal is the Minnow, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Taco.
