The Musical Queen of Minna is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5.418 billion Minnans are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The medium-sized, pro-business government devotes most of its attentions to the Environment, with areas such as Defence and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Taco Island. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 16%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Programmes of questionable content are shown at peak-hours, the government has declined to declare any particular religion as its 'official' one, the recently unemployed can often be seen at the local homeless shelter, and students are wary of colorfully decorated new teachers with names like Professor Pipsqueak. Crime is a major problem. Minna's national animal is the Minnow, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Taco.

Minna is ranked 2nd in Minna and 17,161st in the world for Lowest Overall Tax Burden, scoring -3 on the Hayek Index.
