The Federation and Na'vi Clans of Mewsland is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Alexandra Lee Cahill with an even hand, and notable for its anti-smoking policies. Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 7.541 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Law & Order, and Defence. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Yorktown. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 88%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Voting is voluntary, Pinkerton agents are called in to forcibly break up white collar strikes, the tenet of free speech is held dear, and the government recently relinquished its monopoly on the mail service. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Mewsland's national animal is the blanket-fur cat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Tali'Zorism, and its currency is the Tali'Zorican purr.

Mewsland is ranked 1st in The Realms of TaliZora and 24,590th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 18 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
