The Eternal Noldorin Empire of Menelmacar is a gargantuan, economically powerful nation, ruled by Elentįri Sirithil nos Fėanor with an iron fist, and remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 20.255 billion enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.

The small, corrupt, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vinyatķrion. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 8%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Automobile Manufacturing and Book Publishing.

College students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, the nation's new foreign policy of 'very disproportionate retribution' has its neighbors on edge, employers may fire workers without giving any reason, and the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Menelmacar's national animal is the Great Eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Menelmacari credit.

Menelmacar is ranked 1st in Tareldanore and 6,290th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 51 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
